Meat in the freezer.

Well I finally got to hunt the last couple days here in S.C. The first day I was about six feet up the tree still climbing when I looked up and saw a very nice wide 8 point walking up. He came to about fifteen yards then looked the other direction. I took advantage of this and managed to get my bow pulled up in the tree. Then I had to get the rope off. The deer started walking my way again as I got the rope off. I took my eyes off of the deer to get an arrow out of the quiver and on the bow. Then I still had to stand up and I was facing the wrong way, LOL. anyway I looked to see where the deer was and he was looking right at me, LOL. I had been busted. He turned took a couple jumps and was gone. This morning this spike messed up and waited until I was in the tree an situated.

Thanks guys. I meant to say what an awesome job the Simmons Interceptor did. Razor sharp thanks to Landshark160. This deer went 20 yards tops. Died right in front of me.
