Ok, so I have been using O.L. Adcocks write up on arrow tuning. I am shooting full length Gold Tip hunters with a 145gr field tip. I am getting tight and consistent three bare shaft groups that are hitting tail a tad right and slightly high. If I remember right, I should be ready to fletch them up and call it tuned. I will be going on to broad head tuning next. The thing is, I am having a hard time matching the weight of the arrows with field points. My broad head arrows are 167gr. Im feeling like I need to find a way to get my field points heavier, or my broad head arrows lighter. Just looking for a little direction I guess. Either way means more shooting and that never hurts I guess. I also have a question about fletching. I was going to use 5in feathers with helical, but was wondering if a 2 degree offset would be just as good. Thanks in advance guys.
