I use a muff with a hand warmer in it, and wait till I see deer to get ready. I usually have to just grin and bear it, they do get cold at times! Good thread, I will be watching this one

Fleece Muff and handwarmer packs. No other way that I have found. Especially since I like my shooting hand to be the shooting glove only. I'll hold the bow with the bow hand for as long as I can and then warm it when necessary. The string hand stays in for warmth for when the drawing fingers are needed.

I do wear gloves all year around, I cut the 3 fingers out of them to the first joint. I wear them all year shooting 3d, in the back yard, ect. , I keep wearing them because I'm used to the feel of the  gloves . I shoot the American Leathers glove  , no problems

I have been using a cheapo muff but intend to get one from Teresa Asbell before it gets cold enough for me to need one. In fact, think I will call her tomorrow and order one.

Asbell muff is my favorite. I also cut the fingers out of a glove and put a hand warmer in the muff. Thats only when it is freeze your snot cold though.

I have a full glove with leather tips on the  three draw fingers, have practiced with them, but not hunted yet. I use a tab primarily and wear it over a glove.

A loose fitting pocket in the right spot works well, with a heater pack.  I am kinda surprised you don't see that as an option for wool or cold weather gear.

I'm lucky because my hands seldom get cold but when it does I just put it in my pocket

I keep my glove hand in my coat pocket, when i hunt the late season I use a heater pack one in each pocket, one for bow hand and one for glove hand
Too many bows to list, and so many more I want to try!  Keep the wind in your face, and your broadheads sharp.

throughout the year i practise with the different gloves that i own. and i just shoot with those on. but when its not all that bad i try and keep my leather shooting glove on as long as possible.

Use a thin 200 gm merino glove liner inside the shooting glove or tab for cool temps. If it's really cold then put the same in a loose oversize mitten that falls off EASILY or the hand warmers in an insulated pocket. If you practice in the cold this becomes your season normal and does not mess with your shot.
Don't forget the bow hand because a lot of gloves really interfere with your arrow and/or shelf. You can put a hand warmer on the back of your bowhand with a thin mitten or glove.
Now is when to add an arm guard for bulky sleeves if needed as well.

I live in TX! LOL back in PA & MD when it was single digits the muff was the best.  Warmest & easiest to remove my hands for a shot.  I got a cheap $10 for Dicks and did to have to add a hand warmer

I wear wool "glommits" with thinsulate mitten caps and an additional pair of wool fingerless liners and keep my tab hand in a fleece lined pocket that straps on my belt.

I've had this set-up down into the teens.

Stick them in my jacket, pants pockets, or put on a wool glove, which comes off easier than a leather/lined glove.  You could cut the tips off a wool glove and wear it over your shooting glove or tab.  Put hand warmers in your pockets.
