Abe's bows shoot as good as they look and that one is a "can't miss" type of bow.

That is one beautiful bow. I really like the horn overlays. You chose well. Be sure and let us know how she shoots.

If Joe VT says it's beautiful then it surely is!  That guy can pick the woods, and you sir obviously can too.  Great bow.
What are the veneers?

Thanks guys.  I have some MFX Classics on order so I’ll know more in the future how it shoots.  The test arrows seem fast as heck.  No chrono, but good enough for me.  As I said, I haven’t seriously shot instinctive in 17 years so I’m really rusty.  Just saying that makes me feel old!

The riser wood is Cocobolo with Sapwood Bubinga and moose antler accents.  The veneers are ones that Abe cuts himself out of Heartwood/Sapwood Bubinga.  Their grain patterns reminded me of some of the highly figured myrtles floating around out there but I’ve always been partial to reddish woods on bows and these are just unbelievable.

Welcome back from the Dark Side, you chose a great bow and boyer. Abe builds bows that look and perform with the best of them. Congrats  RW
