go for a tad more weight, I would recommend the 200gr screw in VPA 3 blade.

Why hasnt anyone mentioned Wensel Woodsman.  I think these heads are great and have taking several deer and hogs with over half the shots being pass through shots......even on sonme of the hogs.

As mentioned, the 150gr 4 blade Stinger is great. Also, the 145gr Steelforce Phathead is about the only multi blade screw-in that better than the Stinger. Although, you may have to call Steelforce directly to find 145gr Phatheads at short notice, if 3 Rivers or other onlines are out of stock.

How about a Zwickey Eskimo or a 130 Gr STOS on a 25 Gr short adapter.

Muzzy Phantom Fred Eichler edition is 150gr as a 4bl and 125gr as 2bl and is longer and leaner then the standard Phantoms for better penetration.

I see there is no shortage of opinions!

I doubt that 200 grains will work with these arrows, but I will check it out because I love the 200 grain VPAs myself...

having a hard time finding magnus stinger 4 blades (or two blades) in stock....

Tried to do the Braveheart thing, but I don't do paypal and of course I needed them yesterday...

I may make up some woodsmans.

Just ordered a half dozen 150gr 2 blade Stingers from Tim at Braveheart yesterday afternoon. My supply of old Bear Greenies, which finish out with short adapters between 143 to 149 grains, is getting low. Looking forward to trying them out.

If there's a 125gr that you like why not just add weight to the front with a heavier insert or use PDP inserts with PDP weights to bring it up to 150grs..........DaveMP

I went with some 150 grain magnus stinger 4 blades and I also ordered some of the Muzzy Eichler 4 blades too.

I want to give a shout out to Tim at Braveheart for sending me a PM to try to help me with my lack of a paypal account.  Much appreciated!  I will definately make it a point to do business with him in the future.

Good choices, Gregg. Tim is great to do business with. Many good suggestions besides the ones you picked too. I have used most of these broadheads, all with good results.
