Wapiti longbow shooters ?
«

Pulled my old Wapiti 2 pc Yellowstone off the rack this evening and loosed a few arrows thru it, and as usual it never ceases to impress me.
Its not the fastest bow ive ever shot, but the stability, consistency and the silent nature of the bow is more than fair trade off.
Although ive chosen my bow for the season, i think this old bow is gonna see a little use as well.
Any other Wapiti longbow shooters out there ?

Are you still shooting the Yellowstone? I am thinking of getting one in take down too... I would be interested to hear your opinions of this bow. Is the grip narrow too? Any issues with it, such as quality of workmanship? did you go for the 2 draw weight options? This sounds interesting, but I woulder if its very practical...
Thanks for your time
