I am at a loss for words and do not know how I am still able to function. I went to bed this morning at 09:30 and knew something was wrong, I just had a heaviness in my heart I could not shake. I woke up at 16:00 and it was still there, then noticed I had two messages on the answering machine, one from his daughter Christy and one from our sister. I dreaded making the call because I knew it was bad news. I am still in shock. The loss of any loved one is hard but trust me when it is your twin it is even worse. If feels like I will only be half alive for the rest of my life.

I'm fairly new to the forum and don't know either of you, however losing some one you care about is never easy. My condolences to you and your family. Danny I just read your last post, maybe something to think about...but if you look at it the other way, your twin brother is still half alive! He will always live within you, even through death the bond cannot be broken. May you find peace in the fond memories. God Bless

Very sorry to hear this Danny. Prayers sent for the Rowan Family.
I am a twin and like you and Donald, we do everything together. Couldn't imagine the world without him.
I never knew Donald, yet he GAVE my son a bow built by Charlie Lamb because he said how fortunate he had been in his life and wanted to give the gift of trad hunting to a young person just getting started. My son cherishes his bow and it will be put to good use.

There is a kind, and merciful God that is in control here Danny. All the beautiful things that we behold on Earth are by his hand. Your brother has gone on to the next exciting plane to be with that God,and marvel at the most wonderful things that await him there. God bless you and your family.
