Danny,
I am deeply moved by the death of your brother. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy to the entire family.
I did send Donald a knife and sheath that he was going to pay me half this month and half next, but it didn't happen.
So Danny I would like you to have this knife and sheath in remembrance of your brother. Carry it and use it on your future hunts with your brother. He'll be watching and smiling whenever it gets put to use. I know that for a fact as I am still suffering from my loss but I know he is with me on all my hunts.
My prayers are with you and family my friend.
I hope that this poem will bring you a small amount of comfort as it has me with my loss.
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
Larry
