Move nock point?
« on: October 28, 2012, 03:09:00 PM »
My arrows are impacting well side to side, but hit a few inches higher of where I am looking. Should I move my nock point up or down, or maybe go with a heavier point? Thanks!

Depends where you have it set now. Is this a new thing? Specs on the bow, arrows and even a vid of you shooting would go a long way.

How is your arrow flying? Tail up or tail down?

Arrows are flying excellent, just hit a little above where I am looking. I shoot 3 under with nock point up 3/4".

You could use a softer rest. It will move your impact down.

x4.
When I'm shooting high (which happens pretty often), if I know arrow flight's good... it's my aiming/elevation.

There's your answer, your arrows are flying good but hitting a little high. I'll go along with the majority aim a little lower.
