I'm curious because so many people use archery equipment of currency on here... but what's that one you could never get rid of even in case of an emergency? And why?

If I can help it I'll never sell my:

Zipper SXT recurve with foam core/carbon evo limbs
Thunderhorn longbow wood core limbs
Morrison Cheyenne with foam core/carbon limbs

Why, because they shoot fantastic for me at any angle and I like that when hunting.

Wait a minute.
I can only keep one?  That's impossible!

I guess if you held me on the ground in a choke hold it would probably be my Jack Howard Gamemaster.  It is a beautiful and great shooting bow, and although there are a couple of customs that see more time in the woods and that I can't see ever selling, the Howard would be the most difficult to replace.  I could always order another one of my favorite customs.

My Kanati. I can shoot other bows, leave the Kanati alone for weeks, then pick it up and put the arrows right where I'm looking. It is light, quick, quiet and dead in the hand. I love buying, selling, and trading other bows. I keep looking for something that will equal my Kanati. So far, I'm still looking. If I had to limit myself to one bow, I'd already have it.    ;)
Kanati 58" 44# @ 28" Green glass on a green riser
Bear Kodiak Magnum 52" 45# @ 28"
Bodnik Slick Stick longbow 58" 40# @ 28"

Kanati 58" 46# @ 28" R.I.P (2007-2015)

My 1971 K-Mag.  Dad bought it new the summer between his Jr-Sr years of highschool.  I don't ever shoot it because of my 30+ draw but I could never replace "Dad's" bow.

At this point in time I'd give that nod to my 66" Omega longbow. I'm a toy trader too but that one is the best shooting bow I've owned.

I already sold the one I said I'd never get rid of.  I've discovered I like trading and selling....maybe to my detriment.

Right now I am getting an urge for a 2 piece longbow though, but it will never replace the D.  So far I'm fighting it, so please don't offer me any bow bolt whip or anyhting like that. PLEASE DON"T DO IT!!!!   :bigsmyl:      :bigsmyl:

Mine is my Jack Howard Gamemaster Jet. For one it is almost impossible to find another. Secondly its my old standby. If I'm not shooting well I pick it up to get back to basics. It is the ultimate bow to train with... or hunt with for that matter.
