Magnus have been around for a long time....maybe not vintage.....but a long time!
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Zwickey Deltas. I do have some Bear Razorheads, but I haven't used them for quite a while. Deltas take and hold a lot better edge for me.

I always carry an old Bear razorhead along with the newer zwickeys.  Took my best bull with an old Bear in '05.

Look quick.

It's a 1946 Ivanhoe.  If Mr. Magnus didn't know about them in 1992 he sure came coincidentally close.

I guess it's the difference between vintage and retro.  Or at least 'in the spirit of vintage".

I'm shooting Zwickey 4-blade Deltas that are about Fifty years old.  Bought 3 dozen around '70 and still have more than a dozen new ones remaining.  Most of the used ones have been used over and over on everything from rabbits and squirrels to P & Y class deer, and except for the finish, are as good as new.

When I take the vintage 1971 Bear Super Kodiak I refinished out to the woods, it carries Bear Razorheads on vintage Microflite #8 shafts. Real barred feathers from associate sponsor    Magnus (Matt Gundock) information   here on Tradgang. Even the camo covers are period specific.  It's a fun set-up and it's a beautiful shooter.
