Grizzly bites
« on: November 08, 2012, 10:13:00 PM »
After a comedy of errors on my part this old pig made her last mistake.. The arrow took her in the short ribs going forward taking out her heart. She left a copious blood trail for about 40 yards that led into a jungle of overgrown weeds.  Was using a GT5575 with a 170 Grizzly Kodiak.. These broadheads are doing a great job for me this year. Bow is a 68" string follow Hill that's 59#.

Nice hog !  What are you using for inserts for the kodiaks ?

Right now just using the long aluminum 40 grain inserts, giving me 210 up front...

Hogs are sure fun to bowhunt!
