It's a great week so far. Rain Sunday brought much cooler temps and really got the chasing going heavy!
Had a 145" eight I passed on Monday, and then got bumped out of my chair by a deer running a doe yesterday midday when he banged into the back of the blind trying to cut her off!
Saw a gimpy 130 inch eight pointer that was broken up and had to weigh 240-250 lbs breed, then lay down together 35 yards from the blind.
One of our group watched a potential booner run 20 or so does crazy for an hour then the whole party got busted up by coyotes. Kansas is a hunters paradise!
Oh and shot a gobbler I called in as well! Two days to go!
