Father/Daughter Day
«
on:
November 17, 2012, 07:35:00 PM »
Enjoyed a great day afield today with my 3 year old. She had her binoculars along and assured me she would find the deer and all I had to do was shoot them. The day ended with no shots taken. On the way home she decided "mommy will just have to find something else to cook for dinner". Best day of my season so far.

Yep I remember those days with Jason not too many years ago. Well I guess he's 30 now but it seems like last year.
They are special, cherish them!!

Good for you sir! That is something I missed doing with mine when they were young. Always had my mind set on hunting not spending time with them when they are young enough to just enjoy the time together.
I bet your daughter will talk about and think back on those fond memories for years and years!

Good for, trophies are nice, but time spent with our kids, making memories is way better.
