Cutting deer antlers off

In the last couple years I used a reciprocating saw with a demolition blade and metal blade.  After I was done cutting through the skull the blades were to dull to use again.  What do you all use that will last?

I cut horns off of 54 bucks one season (Taxidermy sideline)with the same Dewalt wood saw blade in my reciprocating saw.  I think a bigger toothed (less count) blade works best for porous bone.

cheap blades wont do you any good. invest in a really high quality lenox blade and it will last

These work like a warm knife through soft butter. Only seconds per cut.

Roughly $10 at Lowe's.

Clean the blade well after use and oil the teeth.

believe it or not, I have a cheap backsaw for cutting molding that zips right through the skull plate

Yep,Nicholson or Lenox are worth the dough.Last 3 times longer.The Lenox golds are really good.

I use my Wyoming saw and cut through to the top of the eye hole (orbit). Easy and quick.

My family and I use a reciprocating saw. I am not sure what brand it is but we use the stock blades on it and have no problems at all.

Did not know they made a meat chain, Stone Knife..........I would like to see one of those.  I use the same chain I use for cutting firewood.  Just hose it off well after the deed is done, and clean the bar and chain like usual.  Wear eye protection----Chronic Wasting Disease is no joke.
