Beman ICS Bowhunter Shaft Footing?

Hey Guy's,Would anyone happen to know what size of Aluminum Shaft,I would need to Sleeve these.The Spine is 340! Many Thanks!

Easton 2114.  Do a search on footings in POW WOW and you can find a compiled list by a well respected Ganger.

I love the ICS shafts and price, but they are a far cry from durable.

Here ya go.  340 is not listed, but you can check the Beman site and see if the OD changes between 340 and 400.
