I had a Wildcat back in 89', it was my first longbow,it pulled 73 lbs. I shot it for a little and I do mean little while, got rid of it because the handshock about dislocated my elbow.Bought a Howard Hill big 5 and fell in love with longbows. Now I build my own Hill style longbows.
The human body is the only machine the harder you work it, the stronger it gets.

I only shot one once years ago. After that you couldn't get me to shoot another one. It had a handle like a 2x4 block and kicked like a mule. It's a shame my opinion was formed on just one bow, as I hope they are not all that way.
