That was a good day indeed in MS. I also killed  a toad on the Mississippi River trailing a doe .  But I cheated, I was in a tree.  Congrats on ground kill!

I have a T.C. that looks a lot like yours. Pretty bow. Now all I need is a nice swamp buck like yours. Good story and well told. I enjoy endings that turn out that way.
