I don't post much, but I opened this thinking "this is exactly what's wrong with this country".  Really, I'm not that old!

Never thought I'd hear that bow's name again!  Ha!   Actually built by me and Brent Rudolph.  Don't think they make it anymore, and we made very few.   I may have a pic....somewhere, but it would take me a bit of time to find it.  Not really up to that right now...sorry.

Did you find one for sale or something? Just curious...

BTW... I still like that name for a bow!

If I remember right, the riser and shelf were like the original sheepeater's....great idea and design.  It could be shot left or right handed.  I have one of the first Sheepeater's and would like to have a heavier draw "short longbow".

I have a Redtail Hawk by Brent Rudolph at Black Mountian Bows. I believe it is similar to the Hellbitch.  I opted for the rattan grip and floppy rest.

Heard my name and had to answer.

And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

I'd steal that name for a new bow model but I don't think my mother would approve.  :nono:
