I met Dave and Beth in 2004 at the Kalamazoo trade show  :)  It was my first traditional archery show and I purchased my first traditional bow....You guessed it, it was a Windauer Schafer 1 piece longbow. Since then, it has been downhill Silvertip from there    :bigsmyl:

Serio-

I am curious, Dave is in shorts and Beth is in jeans, long sleeve shirt and a vest. What time of year was your visit  :)

used to see them both in Denton Hill every year in mid to late 90s....always enjoyed talking with them both and never made me feel like too many questions or too many stupid quiestions.  Still would like a Schafer one day to add to my wall....just not yet. LOL

Dave and Beth auctioned off the serial #10 Silvertip ever made by Paul himself for Paul Brunner and gave the money to a friend of mine who was struggling with cancer.
Yeah, they are okay in my book.

I've emailed Beth NUMEROUS questions about strings, risers, etc., and she has always been very prompt and very courteous.

After the new year, I plan on sending in some limbs to have another riser made to fit - based on my experiences with Beth and Dave, I'm sure it will be awesome.

I'll echo all that has been said here. Dave builds awesome bows, and Beth is just a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble, and you can't go wrong to be guided by her recomendations.
Have 2 Tips both RC's a TD and a 1pc, both awesome, should get my 1pc LB in April or so   :bigsmyl:
