Contemplating a Memorial hunt for Ricky Crouch.  Initial dates are last week of February to first weekend of March.  This will be a continuation of the Texas Hog Hollar hunts that he started at Granger WMA in Texas.

I would be interested! Ricky was a good guy and is missed for sure.

The plan would be to get a couple camp sites and spend a week or whatever portion you can hunting hogs and enjoying camp together.  More details to follow.

Looks like it is taking shape.  I'll project leave and reserve the camping spots.  More details as it gets fleshed out.

Looks like Feb will not happen.  Have two other commitments and leave.  Hiking trip 1-3 Feb, and Granger Ranger Xtreme Hunt (GRXH) 15-17/18 Feb.  Then my NCO goes to NCO Academy 20 Feb thru end of Mar.  So I am obligaed at work.  April is getting pretty hot in Texas and the hogs will be moving in total darkness by then I am sure.  We could tag on with GRXH, but rule is no food; kill it, catch it, stomp it or Find it.  There will be large amounts of "Wheat Juice" is aluminum cans.  If someone else wants to set something up with camping at Taylor or Fox Bottom that would be great.

Ricky crossed my mind again.  It has been a few years since he passed.  Would like to get a hunt at Granger in his honor.  Hope we can arrange it.  Was thinking about early March before it gets too hot.
