Giving old things new life--arrow rack and targets
« on: December 31, 2012, 05:06:00 PM »
Well today I brought some old things back to life. First I had an old fishing rod rack that is now an arrow and gear rack.

And then I got some old foam pool rafts that were being discarded(value new $113.00 each)and made some cool targets. I had 4 of them and they are poly vinyl over tight cell foam(like yoga blocks). I made a box target from each raft and used the head pieces as small animal size targets. I also have enough left over for quiver inserts. They are the green and blue ones, and dont laugh at my art work on them either...LOL

Very creative! salvaging unused goods and turning them into useful items can provide a valuable function, as well as being easy on the wallet.

Great idea! Good way to give a second life instead of garbage!    Just one thing Timothy: Wich one is Fifer,Fiddler or practical on the target you've drawned?
An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it's going to launch you into something great.
