Always a warm feeling leaving for a tradgang group hunt.  It is neat to realize that 16 other stick shooters are leaving their homes today ready to converge on the Solana Ranch for a bit of fun.  With that many guys on camp there is always a story to be told.   Boarding the plane in ten minutes.  Wish us luck!

This is an unofficial Solana thread.....so don't be expecting stories and pics till we get back ok?

Last year a thread like this got started and folks got bent out of shape cause we weren't posting during the hunt....we don't have the time.
 
The pics n stories will come....after the hunt.

To all the Solana Hunters but especially my older brother "lilbobby". I hope the campfires are warm with stories and fellowship that only a hunt like this can create. I hope the weather is "hunting weather" and the animals are on the move. I hope opportunities turn into harvest and those that don't turn into great memories. I hope all of you experience things you have never experienced before.I hope you leave with hearts and ice chest full! Brother, you have practiced more than most, you have embraced the true meaning of hunting with the trad bow and more success is straight ahead! Be blessed,
