Need to know why on longbow?
« on: January 18, 2007, 02:10:00 PM »
I have a HH longbow that is hurting not my shoulder rotor cup but my back mussel a long back shoulder? When I shoot my recurve it doesn't hurt. Now my recurve is 44 @28 and I draw it 28 and My HH is 50 @28 but I only draw it 27 and that makes the bow 47#. Any Ideas on why this is happening or the cause of this?  :help:

don't know but the difference may be from a different bow hand position causeing different stress on the muscles

Well the bow is straight griped. The funny thing is its not my bow hand its my release hand. The bow and I are right handed. I'm thinking for the right price you might can have it. I went and tried one of the Hybrids with long bow limbs and the same pain but not has intense. This has reley got me baffled!
