I will now that grass is covered in snow.  I hated sorting through 3000 + pictures every week of swaying grass.

I wish I could put it on the neighbors property, It looks like he has way more activity on his side of the thicket.
Relax,

You'll live longer!

Mike, between our neighbor and us we dumped about 14 ton of ear corn for the deer. His is gone and ours is about 3/4s of the way gone. We had a ice storm on about a foot of snow so its been hard for them to get to food.

Ryan, I've found 4 sheds while checking cameras already. The buck I posted with one side had that horn on his head at 6am on the 1st and I found it at 8am that morning. I'm fairly sure its the freshest shed I've ever found.

The Rut is just starting here in south Louisiana.
This little buck if given the chance to grow will be an awesome deer!
I will call him moose. He's on public land though. Just hope he lives a few more years to see how he turns out.

Probably got 10 new bucks on this ridge since middle of Dec. I haven't seen this yr. I hunted this area from about 11:30am till 3:00pm today and saw deer at 12:10pm, 1:15pm and 3:15pm (walked up on doe on way out). No shots and couldn't see any horns.

Here's two of the new buck. The one with wide rack was last night..I moved the camera yesterday afternoon he's probably smelling where I walked ( cheapo camera won't put date anymore.)

I still haven't gotten a picture of the 3 biggest ones I've seen back in there.

4 point I've been getting a lot of pictures of different bucks and none have shed yet. Here's a few recent ones. (Dates on pictures probably not correct..pictures are from mid Dec til now)

Ordered a Covert Extreme Red 40 cam yesterday..maybe I can get a little better pictures with it.

As a side note..I haven't hunted this trail yet..did kill an 8pt first part of the season about 60yds behind the camera on another trail though.

I've been hunting this area about 300yds NW from the camera view..seen some real good ones back in there..it's thicker. Will put the new cam in there.

This one came through early and than saw him once later in the season. didnt get him but the owner of the land I hunt on saw him after the rifle season so as long as he lasts the winter I could have a shot next year!! I did end up getting his little brother with my rifle.

Nothing with antlers so far this year (Santa brought me my first trail cam) but a nice, big doe.

Don't understand it.  I deleted the above image, resized it on Photo bucket, reposted it . .  and it's still 1024 wide even though Photobucket shows 620 wide.      :dunno:

I tried.

Time to raise the feeders a little! Been living on this property for 5 years now and this is the first bear pics I've gotten.
