I've got one coming in March...excited to shoot a kanati. I've only heard great things about them, and Jason is first rate.

Love mine.  Very quick but stable.  I added a Kanati Pro Angle quiver and everything about the setup is perfect IMO.

I have shot many recurves and longbows Including Big Jim Buffalo and many Black Widow bows. I bought a Kanati based solely on the reviews of fellow Trad Gangers. I can say without a doubt it is the smoothest and quietest shooting of all I have shot. It is also very fast. From the moment I picked it up it felt like it just melted into my hand and became a part of it. I feel it is a bargain at twice the price and it is very beautifull to boot. 56" 52#@27" It only weighs 18oz and I dont give up any forgiveness to the longer bows either. And oh yea, Jason is awesome to deal with. You wont find better customer service.

Wish I had tried a Kanati before trying this bow, that bow, yo bow, yo mama's bow and maybe even yo Daddy's bow.....  :p , sure would have saved some change in the stash jar on shipping. I will echo what folks have stated in the thread 110%. Jason is on par with any of the bowyers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The Kanati for me is the ticket !!. Best forward handle hybrid going, will add this bow seems to want to go where your'e looking especially on a day where your'e not on, what else do you need....Period !!. And as Si Robertson says "Hey, that's a fact Jack".... give me some more sweet tea.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! I have been out of the shop for awhile with a very sick father so I am just a hair behind schedule, he seems to be turning the corner for the better now, after 5 weeks in the CCU he is finally in a regular room. The sawdust should be flying again shortly.

I have a couple of really perty ones coming up next!

Jason,
I will say a prayer for your dad.
I don't know how those new really pretty ones could be better looking than the one you built for me. Mine is really great looking.
All the best,

By the way, guys, mine is the one with the accent stripe and rosewood riser that is pictured on Jason's website. It is stunning in person -- the photo can only hint at how good looking it is. The fit and finish are perfection.

Oh Jason...I'm so sorry...

Please try to take comfort in that he is in a better place and can be Himself again. Not hindered by this world's physical form.

I wish you and your family strength and understanding during this sorrowful time.
