Here is one more tease for you before she gets there Denis. I wasn't a real big fan of Myrtle wood prior to this build... But this stuff takes a total change under clear glass and has some of the wildest grain I've ever seen.
The deep gloss finish just adds to the depth of it too...

Well hell,
The USPS tracker seems to be stuck. All it shows is the bow departing Portland on the 7th.
It's got to be here today
I could drive the rout up and back faster
FRUSTRATION

Coaster I see your in San Louie,
My daughter is a freshman at Cal Poly
Beautiful area.
I see you guys have a nice little range on the way to Moro Bay. I keep thinking I should do some shooting down there while the wife and daughter go shopping

Denis,
I feel for you!
But you at least make it all a humorous read to follow along... good luck with your intermittent "flu" symptoms... Hope your boss doesn't find this site!
AS for the USPS tracker...forgedabaoudit! You'll get an email the day after it's delivered!
Good delivery but wretched tracking system!

Ahhh Doc I'll tell ya,
Waiting for this thing is excruciating
I remember your thread when you were waiting for yours.
I'll be old Kirk must have a blast watching us anguish while waiting for his masterpieces to arrive.
I guess tomorrow is another day in the mean time I'm going to grab one of the other bows and go shoot at the indoor range down the road.

Kirk told me he was finishing up a fancy maple burl Sasquatch. Fancy is a great term for that bow!
