You know Jim, I have pondered that very possibility several times. That is my first deer with a Super D. I've took a few with Whips over the years, and they are very quiet in their own right, but the Super D is just on another level.

Another monster Mississippi buck!  Way to go!  Seems like this year is revealing a lot of monster late season bucks. Way to go man!

You have no idea how close I came to shooting under him or wounding him. It was even worse than it looked at the time of the shot. Honestly, I am surprised it was fatal. There are two kinds of bowhunters in the world, those that miss, and those that lie about it!
