I want to make some woodies look real cool. Now I have seen feather that are two colors or just a little piece of the feather a different color. Are these feather dyed that way or do you cut them and then put them back together? If so how?

They are spliced. Its pealing the feather off the quill and the applying the desired feather in its place.
