New Back Quiver
« on: January 13, 2013, 08:10:00 PM »
I recently received my new Rangers quiver from Skystorm Leatherworks. I really like the quiver. Very comfortable and made from good pieces of leather. It's adjustable to be worn at different angles on the back.

Nice. I considered buying one a few weeks ago, and contacted Skystorm for some frontal pics. He said there wasn't any. Also asked about the same quiver but a single strap hill style carry and with fur lining. He said he couldn't do it now, and I'd have to wait till the spring if I remember correctly. I'm impatient and wanted a new quiver sooner than what he could provide. Too bad, cause it looks pretty sharp. I ended up ordering a new one to my specs else where. Oh well. Enjoy it. Get some frontal pics up for us prospective buyers.

I agree, that is a really nice quiver. Does it have a hefty price tag to go with it, that looks like it would make someone a nice birthday present come april.

I paid $148.00 for it. I find it to be expensive but I've seen quivers that cost much more than $150.00. I've been looking for a backpack style (two shoulder straps) ranger quiver and liked this one.

It's works perfectly with the other gear I take hunting. I usually wear an Original Kit Bag from
Hill People Gear on my chest. I can wear the quiver without it interfering with my bag. Just works for me.

Looks great, quality does cost and I think this is worth every penny, perhaps more.

Skyler from Skystrom emailed me today. I guess he will be making a hip attachment for the quiver. I went ahead and ordered one. I will post picks when it comes in.
