First...I'd like to thank all the tradgang folks who have ordered books thus far, both the personalized ones and others from the bookstores.   I have really only promoted this book on this site so far, and the response has been fantastic.  

For those who have been waiting for their book, all orders have been mailed out, and you should get yours any day now.  For others, I have quite a few books on hand for personalized copies if you'd like.
