Big Jim - thunderchild -hogs = fun

Lets start this out with a big Thanks to Jim and Barbara for having Manny and myself (Thank You) .
Manny has had a thunderchild on order and what better way to get it than in person so we hopped in the car and went. Now I know everyone is thinking shipping would be cheaper but this way was much more fun. So after a long ride we arrived at Big Jims .

After getting unloaded and settled in we toured around the wonderfull house and shop. Wish I had taken pics of both but didn't think of it as I was tired.
We ate lunch and took a nap before heading out to hunt some hogs.

We had the pleasure of meeting Dendy Cromer on here and I had the honor of hunting with him. I have to say he is a great woodsman and I had a great time hunting with him despite the rain which I know he hates but put up with for me. We found us a mud bug in the hog sign and did work into a group of about twenty hogs but I was just not close enough and couldn't get within range.

Nothing beats having the tuning of your arrows supervised ny the maker himself
I would like to thank Drew for putting with me on this long ride and for being such a friend, and Big Jim and Barbara for making us feeling at home away from home!
