Thats a big rub Kenny. I have a large Ceder tree they hit every year. It's amazing that some of the bucks I get pic's of rubbing it can get there horns around it.
Wetfeathers, thats a nice set.

Found some more fresh blacktail sheds yesterday.
Almost missed this shed, had some ferns wrapped around it for camouflage ...
Another fresh and bloody bone!

Nice finds Ron, I'm jealous. We got another foot of snow this week and wind chills of -40 today. Hope it doesn't last long so I can get back out.

Saw 4bucks last weekend all had their antlers still. What triggers them dropping? Is it weather or just time?

Kenny
I am thinking 5 or 6. My neighbor thinks older but he doesn't have a sagging belly like the really old bucks do, here is a picture of him in Oct
I am hoping for a crack at him next season

I''l post this one here as I'm sure it will be all over the place soon. Guy at work showed it to me. It's from his Aunts farm. They don't let any one hunt. A guide was supposedly hunting him all around their place. The other side is just as messed up. Alberta deer.
Ken, most are shed around here. The dog and I found 3 right after Xmas but snow is too deep now to make worth while.
