Questions for Simmons Tree Shark Users
« on: January 25, 2013, 10:35:00 AM »
I am thinking about trying some simmons broadheads.  I noticed the tree shark screw-on does not have attachments at back end of blades.  Does this cause a problem with them bending/failing during bone strikes?  Also, how much longer will arrows be when using this head?  Wish they made a 2 inch head that didn't come back past end of arrow - choice would be a lot easier.  Last question - are these considered barbed heads (for legality purposes in some states)?
Everything has a price - the more we accept, the more the cost

An inch longer arrow.  You can shoot the glue on tree shark that doesn't come back past shaft.  I have never had a problem with them bending.  Not sure about barbed they are not as barbed as the original interceptors.
