It was just too nice to stay inside today.
OK,........ so maybe it isn't the stumps that are being "the hams" this time... sometimes its the bow....lol

Theres no better way to spend few hrs. than huntin stumps. Judging by the pics.it looks like you had a great day to be out! Thanks for reminding me what sunshine still looks like.

Some did stick Nick but not all...lol I came really close to releasing one of those huge brightly fletched beauties back into the wild.
I had one with a bullet tip skip off of a hard spot and I continued shooting just knowing it would be easy to spot........wrong!!!!!!!
It had burrowed under the leaves, completely hidden..... a homemade rake of sorts saved it...lol

Those are some good times aren't they, out in the woods with a bow and arrows enjoying nature. We are truly blessed to live in a country like this where we have so many opportunities to take advantage of God's creations. Longbows and wood arrows, they go together like ham & eggs.
