Heading out for first stump shoot/scout of the year

Just wearing jeans and a shirt, no scent control, don't care. Knowing fate today will probably be the day I walk up on a deer or hog, hahaha. At least hogs are legal right now, hehehe...

Found TURKEYS!!! Wahoo! Can't wait til the season starts! Walked up on a hen and a Tom! I froze of course. They gave me that 'what the heck are you?!' once over and then scurried into the brush. Man I'm psyched now to head back out there when the season starts.
No pics this time around, too busy having fun! However I did get one pic of something that enraged me while walking back to the car..separate post to follow.

Resized the pic of what I found while stumping and flushing turkeys.
***I reported it to FWC. Do NOT comment on it.***
Lets keep this stump/scouting thread bowhunting related.
Anyone else in the southeast stopped hunting and started scouting for next year yet?

I pulled a couple qoutas here in FL, one I pulled is my particular favorite for hunting period. It borders the ocklawaha river for a few miles... Beautiful woods. Its fun chasing ole toms there. Just not sure if I'll be ready for them with the recurve this year...
