Looks good! Next time try flouring and seasoning the meat and then browning it real good. Then just cook the same way, think you will like it.

While I dream of big bucks, I am truely happy with a pile of venison ready to cook.  I am tuely happy with any deer that will let me put meat in the freezer.  Thanks for sharing
