Finally got got out into the woods today. With work and more work around the house there just wasn't time.
So I did a long distance recon this afternoon. Found a really nice looking area and decided..."This is it"
So I put a claim stick in the ground and started building

I wish I could get out in the woods now,We got about 2ft of snow on the ground.  :(

Dave - thanks for posting, looks good.

Jack - don't worry about the snow - two weeks ago I made a 3 foot wall of snow to block the wind, built a nice fire and cooked a nice rabbit - it was a good Sunday.

Already in the works Roger, that fire was just there that day during the build. I'll be making an actual pit on the next visit.
