Sockrsblur,
He was in the 250+ range.  I don't have a picture small enough and for some reason I can't resize pictures on my slow phone computer hook up in SC.

Here he is:

Nice work!

Tippit, I have a question for you. Is the Carlisle, MA the old Carlisle Military Academy in Bamberg S.C.? I grew up just about 2 blocks from there same side of the old railroad tracks. I had a cousin from Holly Hill who attended Carlisle. His name was LR Bilton.

S.C. Hunter,
Carlisle address is Boston. Carlisle is adjacent to Concord, Mass.  That and our lake house in Maine is where I spend the summer months. We originally planned on selling Carlisle when I retired...but our daughter, son-in-law, and two grand kids also live in Carlisle.  No way is my wife leaving that behind  :)

Got it I saw the Aiken address and Bamberg is not that far away. I used to go to Clarks Hill Lake now Strom Thurmond Lake. You are in Horse country.

I never thought I'd like it down here but my wife has been coming to Aiken in the for the past 10 years with her horses.  Once I realised the hunting & No Snow potential, I was hooked    :bigsmyl:

Nice!

Want to do that with my next hog!

Nice job on the skull.  Quite the cutters.  Where in Maine?  You'll have to come to the Poke and Hope traditional shoot in July in Durham.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Maineac,
Our cottage is on Great East Lake in Acton...ME/NH line.  I have been to Poke & Hope in the past but usually the weekend after 4th of July is lake time.

PV,
I think I know where there's more too  ;)

Nice job on the mount. I also like your knife shop. Did you kill the hog in aiken? I've hunted at the bomb plant down there the past two years and there have been some big hogs killed there.
