Thank you all very much. My wife is very thankful as well.
Charles, That is a kind of how we view our craft as a whole, and if that shows then we are happy and humbled. They look fantastic in the flicker of firelight from the wood stove. Like a life sustaining warming fire in the cave.Well, almost.

How have you been Tim?

Chris is indeed an Artist, and you're not bad yourself Chuck..   :D

You and I go back a long way, even before you found your soul mate. You two are quite a team..

Yes we do Ron, I bought my first New bow from you in 1992 I think. An original Shrew.
I have always enjoyed talking with you and Nancy at the shows and your old shop. I thank you for all that.

Thank you Lin,

I called Chris over and showed her all the nice comments, She says "Thank you very much"

Well, My wife finished the two pieces that I started this thread with.
This is how they looked after she finished the material.

Then She went and made herself a beauty of a vest.(I can't believe she cut it up!)

I sure wish I could have met her in Kalamazoo last year.
This vest is just awesome. Functional, and it flows, touching the deepest roots of our calling, she flat nailed it. Your wife is a treasure, Chuck.

Do you think that is what Chris had in mine all along?
My wife got a kick out of seeing what she did with the wall art.
You are going to look sharp at the shows Chris.

It kind of was what she had in mind, but she wanted to wait until it was finished to see what she had to work with. I think she had something else up her sleeve but the material was not big enough.
It really looks sharp and it was a big hit at Church yesterday morning..

Thanks Charles, Just like your art, functional.
