What do you think and what kind of bow quiver you shoot on it?  Thanks.  Bill

I've had a Tomahawk SS Diamond for about 6 years now.  The bow is built like a tank.  Speed is average, noise is average, hand shock is a little worse than average.

Personally, I believe there are better choices out there for less money.

With that said, I will never get rid of mine as it was a gift from my wife.  I just don't enjoy shooting it as much as my other bows.

I had one for a while, it was a 64" 70@28, I liked it, as far as hand shock went I didn't notice any, although I shot 700 grain arrows from it. I had a great northern strap on quiver on there for a while but I took it off as I don't much care for a bow quiver. Speed I guess was around above average, with my setup I had for it it chronograph around 180ish.

I had a 64", 40# SS Diamond and traded it. I thought for its kind of design handshock was too noticeable. IMO for the money you can do better with many of the sponsors here.
Look at the aggressive R/D longbow thread on here.

WOW, surprised at some of responses. I got one today. It is the diamond series like NEW. I paid 300 bucks for couldn't pass it up. Looks NICE. Haven't shot it yet. Will compare it to my Dwyer etc.   Thanks

will echo some of the other posts,  they are extremely well made,  and in my view have some very clever tips... among,if not the best.

The one I had was #50 @28,  and was middle of the road for performance,  had a bit of handshock as well.  For the amount of R/D in the limbs I was expecting far more in the performance catagory.

All that said,  I would in fact own another, as again they are built rock solid. If i ever get another I will spend more time tuning, tweaking and seeing if I can get it "just right".  For $300, they are a STEAL!   The retail price is high, can buy alot more bow for the same $ or less.
