losing inserts and points???

Hi Guys,
       This is a new problem for me, I've just got myself some Gold Tip 5575 Traditionals, I'm using the standard G/T inserts, with 200grn points, cut at 28.5". I'm using heat glue stick to secure the insert, as I

I use sand paper to scuff the insert and inside the shaft. I clean both with rubbing alcohol and use 2 part epoxy. They never come out. I have used hit glue to tune, but always use epoxy once I have the arrow how I want it.
