Can anyone gibe any advice on a good area to bowhunt elk in CO and what week in Sept would be best in your opinion?
Not looking for your secret spot just general areas.

Hello, Brett. The North West corner has best harvest reports. But its all draw I think. I hunted for years around Marshall Pass area. But Iam changing areas, to many ATV and mtn. bikes. Best advice is to find a wilderness area. No atv/bikes or motorized vehicles. Check the DOW for Colorado. Also the later in Sept. the better. More into rut. Good luck and enjoy The Rockies in Colorado.
