A Public Thank-You
« on: August 23, 2007, 05:12:00 PM »
Roger's thread got me thinking and I'd like to take the acknowledgment a little further, I hope you don't mind Mr. Norris.

I'd like to thank all the sponsors, members and other folks who make this site such a great place! I encourage any other members who purchase anything from a sponsor to let them know that they appreciate their making our little place on the web possible also. I'd like to thank all the members who give of their time, experience and so much more. I'd especially like to thank Terry and Rob for sticking with it through the good times and challenging times. A lot of folks would have just said the heck with this and gone hunting.

So thank you all for making Trad Gang what it is!

Sincerely,
David Knipes

I second everything David said! There is no better place on the web then here.

I also agree with Dave, and would also like to thank Dave for his friendship.

Thanks Terry for getting kicked in the teeth from time to time and never complaining. We appreciate you taking it for us! You are in a tough position and many of us would pack it in at times in your place.

After sending a couple of non-hunting friends to the site they made it a point to message back and comment on the great atmosphere in here. "Wheres the arguments, the flames and general whining you see on every web message board?" was the usual comment actually.

I think that says more than I could possibly come up with on my own.

Thanks to everyone who makes it possible, a truly great site.
