A 500 spine should work for you, but you should plan on 100 gr. inserts. You will need more than 160 point unless you have an arrow with a lot of excess shaft length. You really would be better off with the heavier arrow anyway so just plan on the 100 gr insert and a shorter shaft to get up over 9 gpp.
Put on a 145 head with the 100 insert and start long on the shaft and cut a little at a time to tune. Once you get that working, you can bump the point weight up more and do some more cutting if you have room to cut. You can also try a 50 gr. insert to get maybe as much as a 175 head.
For a shaft I would go with the CE150. A lot of other 500 shafts will not get you the weight you probably want.
