I'm waiting on the new metal riser to be made in LH version.  I don't know anything about "Impact" riser. Never heard of it. I have an Anniversary Custom Classic that I love.

We are introducing a new take-down recurve riser for 2013! The new "Impact" will be available at the Kalamazoo rendevous in January. Pics will be available soon! It, of course, is part of the P.L.F. system and will utilize our current and past limbs to 1996, and like the velocity you can expect increased performance! The new Impact is a laminated hardwood riser that is the same length as the popular Hunter DX and Classic models however has a new look and more reflex.

This is taken from their Facebook page Bowwild

I have a set of Tulipwood limbs waiting for a riser.

Cheers

.. I emailed them a while back regarding the new limbs, apparently they are foam core and triple(?) carbon. Said to add 5-10 FPS. Unfortunately for me, you cant get them with a wood veneer, so black they are and that was the deal breaker for me.

Hello All.I see there are a few Questions about the new Impact riser. I had placed an ordered a left hand 62" 55lb bow with the new Impact riser from hunters niche in January. I believe it will be in Australia some time this week. When it arrives I will take a couple of photos and post them if you like ?
