I was also there that week I encountered 5 hogs on Friday morning and almost got a ethical shot. Then on Friday night I had my best opportunity and almost harvested a big black and orange bruiser in the 200 to 250 pound range.... if I would have had just 2 more seconds!I didnt see anything on Saturday. But sunday I made a stalk on the same group of 5 I saw Friday morning and shortly after that tried to ambush two 150 -200 pound brutes but got cought.I plan on returning next year to give it another try...im a bit wiser to their tactics now.
I hunted with a great group of guys and really enjoyed hanging out with them.
