Just wondering if anybody has shot one? Was it smooth, quiet, fast etc? Thinking on one.

Yup! Smooth like all Caribows, and noticeably fast! I shot it with a 550 gr. arrow and it was quiet.

I think they just updated with pictures of the strung and unstrung bow. Looks very aggressive now. Reminds me of the RER unstrung profile.
Instinctive gapper.

I have the rer string it with a thunderhorn  stringer no problem

Abe's has a nice tight static tip

Rer is the best I've ever owned less than 3 inches string contact on the tips Abe's got it going on     :goldtooth:

Anyone considering one of Abe's new EX's will be pleasantly surprised. I think he came up with a real winning combination.

Personally I'm a big fan of static tips for a hunting bow. Properly designed they make for a shorter, quieter , efficient, and easier bow to shoot.

I did a side by side comparison with Abe's new Static with a Morrison ILF with Dryad Epic static limbs that I was shooting at the time. Very similar bows in configuration. For you in the know the Morrison/Dryad set up would be considered very top end in the performance arena.
Well while no scientific measurement were taken, Abe's new bow was just a little nicer to shoot.Especially if you stretched out your draw.
I'd be curious to see the draw force curve of this new model.
I suspect the long draw shooter will be extremely happy.

Along with Abe's artistry and efficient design he came up with,  I'm positive we will be seeing some very happy EX owners in the very near future.

Thanks  Mo

I could not find any pics of the static on his website. Everybody is building statics now , I think Abe would really build a neat one.

God bless you all, Steve

There under you see: "→with Flare riser unstrung and strung". Click on that

No not at all, even by hand..but i'd recommend a bow stringer.

I did enjoy one of Abe's new designs at Kalamazoo, it's on the top of my must have bow list! Quick, quiet and smooth!

Are they hard to string?
Not with a stringer. Never plan on doing it without a stringer.
Are they quiet?
Longbow quiet or very close to it. This is compared with my Slynx.
Fast?
Like the Peregrine,Slynx and Wolverine.
Looking for graphs check out my Face book page.
