Need help O'Sullivan bows
«
on:

I have a longbow that I traded for several years ago that the writing is barely visible on. I believe the maker is Patrick O'Sullivan and I've heard he was somewhere in the Erie PA area. I've done a search and can't find any info about him or his bows. If anyone knows of him I would appreciate any info. Thanks in advance.

Might not be O'Sullivan, it's very hard to read. But it definitely starts with ( O' ).

I shoot with a guy has a Patrick O Sullivan self bow. It's a Osage self bow with recurve tips. Super quite and very pretty. Don't know much about the bowyer. I think he bought it a shoot in Upstate NY not sure if the bowyer was there or not.

Patrick O'Sullivan is Ryan's brother. They are from Erie Penn. Pat had a name for his bow business but I'm not sure if he is still making bows. He use to specialize in bamboo backed bows that were very good shooters.
