Good Bye compound world
«

I did it! Made the complete change to traditional. Sold all of my compound archery equipment today. I also scheduled my last class with Troy University, graduation in May! Sounds like a new bow for me. I currently shoot a lefty, Maddog, 54" recurve 47#@28". I have a Maddog Longbow, right hand but made the change to a lefty. Might sell that one too.

Congrats on graduation! I'm finishing up my masters in August and am PUMPED; I'm sure you feel the same.
Congrats on selling the compound. I just traded mine out for more trad gear as well.
Good luck on your professional life and the new bow.

Welcome to the group, Kurt. My only problem with selling off my compounds is that now I have a lot more trad bows!
Better be placing your order now if graduation is in May!

Can't make up my mind on what to order. Thinking about a RER Arroyo 54".
Way to go GDPolk on your Masters. I am just now getting my B.S. but I had 20 years of active duty service between starting college and finishing.

Congratulations on the trad bow thing but especially on getting that education. Two great things to be very proud of.

One thing they don't teach you in college is how addictive Traditional Archery is.

Congrats on 2 great accomplishments! I too have sold all of my compound stuff except for 1 bow. I have a new recurve coming today and one I've been shooting recently. You guys are all right, this thing is addictive.
Thanks for serving our country too...
